For years, I have been struggling to keep my daughter Lucy's hair dry when she swims. She has swimming lessons every week, and during the summer, we are always cooling off at a pool, creek or beach somewhere. As her locks grew, they would no longer fit inside a regular swim cap. Every session of trying to put a swim cap on led to tears, yells, time lost, and a pressure headache. After tearing several of my long hair Speedo caps, and going through all the different types of options - latex, bubble caps, 2 layers - I was at a loss for what we would do to keep her locks dry. So I opened Drydreads.com.

It became my mission to help people in the same situation. Drydreads caps will allow you to get in the water and keep that amazing head of hair that you worked so hard to maintain... dry! Nobody should be kept from the joy of swimming, learning to swim or enjoying a wonderful beach vacation. Adults or kids.
